2025 Grant Opportunities

SleepImage reaffirms its commitment to advancing sleep research and invites researchers from around the world to submit Grant Proposals for the 2025 Themed Grant Opportunities.

All data will be processed using the cloud-based SleepImage® System, which is FDA-cleared for clinical use in both adults and children aged 2 and older. This System offers advanced sleep analyses that provide insights into sleep quality, sleep-disordered breathing, and other sleep health metrics. Researchers can leverage the SleepImage System for comprehensive data analysis, enabling large-scale studies and real-time evaluations across diverse populations.

Grant Opportunity #1: Making Sleep Health a Priority in Children

SleepImage® is proud to support groundbreaking research in children’s sleep by awarding two grants to advance pediatric sleep studies. Recipients will have access to our FDA-cleared, CE-marked SaMD and SleepImage Rings for data collection, fostering innovation in sleep health. Together, we’re driving progress in pediatric sleep research!

The call for proposals opened on October 1st, 2024, and after rigorous review, we are proud to announce the grant recipients. Congratulations to our distinguished recipients:

  • Dr. Phiona Ekyaruhanga, MD, Makerere University, Uganda, “Sleep in Children with Tuberculosis”
  • Dr. Arezou Heshmati, MD, Columbia University, USA, “Sleep in Children with Autism”
  • Dr. Francisco Alves, MD, Universitário de Santo António, Portugal, “Sleep Disorder Breathing and Impact on Health and Performance”

 

Their innovative research will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of pediatric sleep health, ensuring that every child has the opportunity to thrive through better sleep.

Coming September 2025. SleepImage will introduce its next research grant opportunity during World Sleep Singapore 2025.
