Objectives:
Although mandibular advancement device (MAD) is considered to be an optional treatment for obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (OSA), it remains unclear whether MAD definitely improves sleep quality. We aimed to assess sleep quality before and with MAD based on cardiopulmonary coupling (CPC) analysis in patient with OSA.

Conclusions:

Sleep with MAD definitely improves sleep quality based on PSG indices and CPC parameters.

Practical Significance:

CPC Sleep Quality may be utilized to track therapy efficacy.
